Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account portal and select the items you wish to return from your order history to generate a return authorization.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip inside the box to ensure faster processing.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
